Ralph is the owner and farm manager. He was raised on the farm and has changed his farming practices from conventional to a grass based operation. He feels that the farming practices utilized on the farm produce a nutritionaly superior product.
Sheila is the owner and head book keeper. She manages the accounting side of the operation as well as helping wherever she is needed.
Kyle is the herdsman. He manages the dairy cows and makes sure all goes smoothly in the milking parlor. He is in charge of the herd from the time they are born.
Brian is a Master Cheesemaker. He has taken short courses through the Vermont Institute for Artisinal Cheese to get this certification. He cares for the cheese from the fluid state to the final packages.
Renae is the store manager. She orders products in and does correspondance. She also makes sourdough bread. She is familiar with the animals and helps with them when needed.
