Bulk Meat Prices
Here at C/J Natural Meats we offer our beef, pork and lamb by the bulk as described below.
Beef
Front Quarter - $1.99/lb
Half or Whole - $2.09/lb
Hind Quarter - $2.19/lb
There is also a $0.50/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a half is going to be about 250 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a pdf file of the beef order form that you may download and fill out and send to us. Pork
Half or Whole - $1.60/lb
There is also a $0.50/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a half of hog is going to be about 75-85 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a pdf file of the pork order form that you may download and fill out. Lamb
Whole - $4.00/lb
