Beef

Front Quarter - $1.99/lb

Half or Whole - $2.09/lb

Hind Quarter - $2.19/lb

There is also a $0.50/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal. An average hanging weight on a half is going to be about 250 lbs, just as an estimate. The link below is a Word file of the document.

Pork

Half or Whole - $1.60/lb

Lamb

Whole - $4.00/lb

There is also a $0.50/lb processing fee that is due to the butcher. These prices are based on the hanging weight of the animal.
